Cancellation
You can cancel your order by contacting our support executive within 24 hrs. of placement of your order. You will get full refund for the same within 3-5 business days. Please note that your order cannot be cancelled by any means once it is packed and shipped from our end.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days (based on order quantity) from the date of placing order.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered to you in 7-10 days (based on location) after being shipped from our garden.
Refund or replacement.
At plants collection we always try our level best in nurturing our plant babies and so to offer you. But in some extreme cases due to transit shock and weather conditions if a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 24 hours of delivery.
